We provide personal training sessions from 9:30am to 5pm on week days and have availability on weekends. 

We're four experienced coaches with different strengths, specialities and personalities. Let us know about your fitness needs and availability so we can work out the best fit for you.

Mel is encouraging, often knowing what a person needs more than they know themselves. Strength Focused & experienced in Pre - Post natal.

Ennor

Ennor is patient with years of experience in Mobility and Flexibility. With a keen eye for detail, Ennor can make you feel the muscles you didn’t know you had.

Manu

Manu is Efficient, focusing primarily on strength. Master of perfecting reps, sets & technique for the benefit of a strong body.

Pricing


The pricing works similarly to our Small Group Training in that the cost per session decreases the more frequently you train.

It is a monthly cost.

1 Personal Training session per week - £280 per month

2 Personal Training sessions per week - £480 per month

3 Personal Training sessions per week - £600 per month

Missed sessions can be made up and time taken off for holidays will not be charged if given notice.
