Personal Training

Personal Training involves support in and out of the gym.

Our sessions will involve multi-faceted fitness using a range of disciplines from bodyweight to weight training to cardio to kickboxing.

We also guide and encourage behaviour, nutrition & stress management through tools, conversations, and different perspectives.

Our monthly price also includes access to our Saturday morning classes and our regular stretch workshops.
