We set out to create a space where you get the personal support you need, with the energy and motivation of training together — and yes, sharing the cost too.
The result was our Small Group Training!
We focus on strength, mobility, and all-round fitness — but we make it personal to you. We’ll chat about your goals, take note of any injuries or weak spots, and show you safe, effective ways to train, prevent setbacks, and sometimes even fix the niggles holding you back.
Our morning sessions, with their flexible three-hour window, tend to feel a bit more independent — perfect if you like working at your own pace. In the afternoons and evenings, the energy shifts, with more teamwork and shared exercises that bring a great sense of group support.
We cap our sessions at three per week because, honestly, that’s all you need. Health and Fitness takes time to settle into your body and we want you to do this in a sustainable way.
