With Small Group PT, you get the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost. Training with a group of 4 to 6 people, you get a personalised program, regular assessments and a monthly catch-up with either Ben or Mel. 

Twice a week. We ask you to choose allocated days and time slots, however we are very flexible.
